Working Principle
The roll‑form packaging film is fed into the machine, formed into sachet shape via forming mold. Liquid material is pumped into the shaped sachet by precision metering pump. After filling, heat‑sealing units complete top‑bottom and side sealing. Then cutting mechanism separates finished sachets, with built‑in counter recording output quantity. The whole production cycle runs automatically under PLC control.
