DXDK50E is a vertical VFFS automatic granule sachet packaging machine, specially designed for free-flow granular materials in pharmaceutical, food, health-care and chemical industries. This unit automatically completes bag forming, volumetric-cup measuring, filling, heat-sealing and cutting in one continuous workflow.

This machine produces 3-side seal and 4-side seal small sachets. Equipped with digital control system, inverter speed regulation and electric auto-cutter, it features stable running performance, simple operation and low failure rate. The volumetric measuring-cup filling structure allows quick adjustment of filling volume for different granule products, greatly shortening product change-over time for small-dose sachet mass-production.
